Our interdisciplinary understanding sways across different crucial domains such as Data Sovereignty, Cyber Security, Geospatial Technology, E-gaming and Online betting, Agri tech and economy, Geopolitics and National Security, Disruptive technology and Critical infrastructure protection and the regulations and policy framework around it with an interest to protect Indian citizens.

Therefore, localisation of data is needed owing to the fact data is vulnerable and has already been exposed through a digital rage.

They are essential for understanding and dealing with geographical and environmental externalities, and they play an important role in ensuring national security, better urban planning, and disaster management. CKS recognizes that Geospatial technology is the next biggest sector which will generate maximum employment opportunities for India and position India as a leading player in the world if we are better prepared and ready to deploy technology and manpower.

It is also driving innovation in the fields like artificial intelligence, graphics processing, and network infrastructure. In this context, it is essential that India has control over its data. CKS aims at providing safe and secure environment for eGaming sector.
Agri-Tech, a field founded on the integration of latest technologies in farming practice has changed agriculture. Through this vertical, it intends to enhance productivity, sustainability and profitability of agriculture while ensuring food security and economic stability for millions of farmers and farming enterprises. India being an ago based country where 50% of population still resides in villages with large landmasses under cultivation, CKS understands the need for agri tech to aid in production and post production to increase per capita income of people .
CKS understands that geopolitical situation in the sub continent and across the globe affects our national security. Through a series of discussions and deliberations, CKS has been in the forefront of bringing such matters to public attention. Experts from defence, foreign affairs or bureaucrats have come on our platform and interacted with conscious citizens and discussed about the emerging global order. Cyber security is a new warfare which is actively used in modern warfare and CKS has organised several seminars to sensitize policy makers in this regard to use indigenous technology to safeguard national interest.
AI , ML, Robotics, Data analytics and new age technology has changed the dynamics of the world. CKS aims to bring in policy initiatives to regulate the use of such technology so that India doesn’t become a merely a centre of data generation but also benefits from the fruit of such technology. Cyberattacks is a reality and India’s critical infrastructure has to be protected at all levels. Data centres should be located within the premises of India for national security reasons. Also the cybersecurity of the nation has to be in safe hands by making Indian future generations ready to handle any such uncertain situation. Non-Kinetic warfare is becoming a potential threat for India and CKS aims to sensitize the organisations involved in critical infrastructure area to upgrade themselves to face any adverse situations. Interaction between such organisations and experts in cyber space is done on regular basis on CKS platforms to make India safe.
