    What is Oil pulling?

    Oil pulling is an ancient time Ayurvedic practice of dental cleaning method that involves swishing a tablespoon of oil in your mouth for 8-10 minutes; similar to mouthwash. This helps to remove bacteria from the mouth and promotes oral hygiene.
