- Visual disturbances
Precautions
- Contraindicated in patients with severe organic heart disease, acute renal disease, pheochromocytoma, or thyrotoxicosis.
- Caution advised in patients with diabetes, renal impairment, or prostatic hypertrophy.
- Blood pressure must be monitored regularly, especially in the supine position.
- Avoid lying down immediately after taking the tablet to prevent supine hypertension.
- Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless prescribed by a doctor.
