DORZIEL Tz

Category:
Composition: Dorzolamide & Timolol Eye Drops
Strength: 2.0% & 0.5%

Description:

DORZIEL Tz is a combination ophthalmic solution containing Dorzolamide, a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor, and Timolol, a non-selective beta-adrenergic receptor blocker. This fixed-dose combination is used to lower intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.

Together, these two agents work synergistically to reduce the production of aqueous humor (the fluid within the eye), thereby effectively reducing elevated intraocular pressure — a major risk factor for optic nerve damage and vision loss.
